OK, she’s not the most exciting TED Talk, and she misses the foundational problem: Stress is what causes a person to become overweight (that results in over-eating, under-eating, emotional eating). But actually, by simply practicing MINDFUL EATING, you can get that stress under control, and end up less stressed, with a more effective metabolism, and perhaps lose some weight. But there’s no guarantee about the weight loss- BUT you’ll feel better! And remember, that’s a better outcome than anything- Correct?
