Are YOU in diet prison?

Everyday I get a bunch of blog postings from frustrated people who all have the same sad story:

“I can’t lose weight”. I go on to read their sad account about how they eat practically nothing but lettuce and low fat dressing, jog for miles, and still can’t lose weight. They are so upset and confused with why they can’t lose the weight.

Some people start to lose weight, but then it slows down to a crawl, and then stops. Others lose the weight, but then it creeps back on, even while they are still eating the same diet. These people are frightened because they can’t lose weight and keep it off.

On the blogs, these frustrated dieters get loads of answers from other people who have tried tons of different approaches to dieting. All of them answer essentially the same way: Eat less and exercise more.

WHEN do you think, people will finally wake up and realize, It CAN’T be the fault of EVERY Dieter!

Why is it that 95{5b8e831512cf0c284f7edae7fc403e9a09e5b1736c5b1d60e4451a29dc064ebe} of all dieters fail to lose the weight and keep it off?

It’s because DIETS Don’t Work!  It’s not the dieter’s fault!

Dieters are some of the most disciplined and motivated people I know. They desperately want to lose weight. They have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars buying dieting books, diet pills, diet sprays, diet plans, diet food….. but they still don’t lose the weight permanently!

And thin people think that if they “shame” someone, THEN they’ll lose weight. Someone who never had a weight problem, telling someone who has a weight challenge that they are at fault. How cruel.

Do you think that a person would intentionally WANT to be the brunt of jokes, feel unattractive and put themselves into physical harm from being overweight ??(that, also is an untruth!). Of course not!

People fight with me when I tell them that DIETING is the problem. They’ve been brainwashed by the Diet Industry – and I was too! Until I really started investigating and learning the Truth (with a capital T) about what causes overweight.

Do you want to gain weight? Then go on a diet – because that’s exactly what happens. It resets your metabolism to store fat, because your body is trying to keep you safe and alive. Look at how many overweight people are jogging and exercising.

Exercise does NOT make you lose weight either! In fact, it can make you gain weight- and not just from heavier muscles. Your body has a perfect plan to keep you safe and alive. So when you exercise excessively, your brain makes you hungrier, and changes your metabolism to extract every possible calorie from whatever you DO eat! Even if it is just rabbit food.
