You can use eating food mindfully, as a stress relief method!  That way, you will enjoy your food, and realize when you’ve had enough to eat, instead of eating mindlessly. When you are focused on your food, you eat more slowly, and your stomach has a chance to get full! You end up eating less, but NOT dieting, and NOT being hungry!

It’s up to you- just stuff food in your mouth mindlessly, and not enjoy it- or eating slowly, mindfully, enjoy your food, and end up eating less. That can translate into losing weight, and maintaining the weight loss – all WITHOUT Dieting!
